Brian Mellea provides executive leadership for business development, product introductions, startup launches and re-starts, and business process initiatives. Brian’s technology career has evolved from 15 years in high tech (hardware/software, IoT, online services) to 5 in green tech, and the last 5 in agtech and is now focused on agtech and food tech.

From his work at ROLM, Apple, Palm, VMware, and over a dozen startups, Brian has provided functional leadership in business development, channel, outbound and product marketing. Within the 11 startups that he has worked with, Brian has served as COO and CEO, revised corporate strategies, raised new capital, and began sales and marketing. His efforts led to two exits (8x and 6x of capital raised). Brian received degrees from WPI, MIT and the Harvard Business School.
