Sarika Agrawal is Secretary and Board Member of BRAIN Foundation and responsible for activities related to its marketing, outreach, fund-raising, scientific study proposal solicitation and review. She has spent the past 12 years connecting with families with developmental disabilities and providing direct 1:1 mentoring and support. Prior to this, she led Strategy and Solutions Marketing as Vice President of BEA Systems, a software company, until its acquisition by Oracle Corporation. She has also advised CEOs and senior executives of Fortune 500 companies on corporate strategy when she was at McKinsey and Company and volunteered at non-profits enabling education for underprivileged kids. She holds an MSEE from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Stanford University. Last but not the least, she is the mother of a boy diagnosed with autism and complex medical challenges.
